Register your warranty immediately upon placing equipment in service.
Enroll in a qualified 3-Year or 5-Year Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) within 30 days of installation.
Receive a full 3-Year or 5-Year Warranty Extension covering parts and labor for most types of failures. Some exclusions apply.

You’ll know in advance when maintenance is due. We provide all the scheduling advice you will need to ensure optimum use of your maintenance dollar.

Budgeted Maintenance Costs

Because your PMA is billed on a cycle that you select, you’ll know exactly what your costs will be. No surprises: we set our fee for the duration of the agreement. No escalation, no hidden costs.

Automated Maintenance Records

All maintenance actions, including any trouble calls, are logged into our automated system. Your maintenance record/report is always up-to-date and available upon request.

Flexibility of Coverage

Tailor the PMA to your needs. Choose monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual plans. We’ll help you select the plan that matches the intensity of use of your equipment.

Discounted Parts Coverage

20% automatic discount on all factory parts that are not otherwise covered.

Automatic Renewal

Your PM Plan will renew automatically (with your permission, of course) -- no lapse in coverage.

Trouble Call Option (a Garaventa exclusive!)

Substitute a trouble call for any single PM visit - at your option. You could save the entire cost of the contract! Some restrictions apply.
