The Garaventa Xpress II is an inclined lift designed for straight stairways without intermediate landings. This model of wheelchair platform lift provides a cost-effective accessibility solution.

Drive System - The Xpress II drive system consists of a carriage mounted .75 HP motor, a gear box, pinion gear and flexible traveling cable. The power requirement is 208 to 240 VAC single phase on a dedicated 20 amp circuit.

Platform Features
- Platform Controls - constant pressure control buttons, an emergency stop button, key switch and a grab rail to assist the passenger with loading and leaving the platform.
- Ramp Sensing - the Xpress II safety sensors will automatically stop the lift when activated by 4 lbs. of pressure. These sensors are located under the platform and on the inside and outside of the ramps. A leading ramp sensor is also used when the platform is traveling in the folded position.
Call Stations - The call station controls are located at both landings. The Xpress II call stations feature One Touch Folding and unfolding of the platform. The call stations are also used to call the lift to the respective landing.
Finish - The Xpress II is finished with powder coated, satin grey textured paint and Champagne Anodized Aluminum rails. The conveyance cover is made of beige colored high quality ABS/PVC.

Platform Features
- Platform Controls - the Xpress II can be supplied with an illuminated emergency stop button, attendant remote control and can be designed without a key. There is also an option for an on-board alarm with the illuminated emergency stop button
- Folding Seat - The folding seat is ideal for passengers who have difficulty climbing stairs and is required for lifts used for public access.
- Side-Load Ramp - ideal for areas with confined landing spaces.
- Platform Lock - protects the lift from vandalism when in the folded position.
- Curved Safety Arms - are fully automatic.
Garaventa Xpress II - Call Stations
There is a keyless option available for the call stations. An emergency stop button can also be added to the call station as well.
Garaventa Xpress II - Finishes
The Xpress II can be finished with a large variety of RAL colors or can be custom color matched. These finishes are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
